Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via FEDEX Ground insured delivery. Your order will arrive in approximately 2-5 business days from the time it was placed. Delivery time depends upon your geographical distance to our main warehouse in Los Angeles, CA and tracking numbers will be available as soon as your packages ship. For an additional fee you may select overnight, next day, or two day delivery. Please call us at for expedited shipping options. Returns & Replacements
You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt. It’s imperative that you check them BEFORE you take them to your installer, oftentimes the installer will damage the product during the installation process. If the order is not complete or there is a problem, you must contact us within 48 hours of item receipt. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a full purchase price refund, less shipping, handling, and 20% restocking fees. You must call --- and arrange the return with one of our sales professionals. In addition, ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND
1. Product must be returned in NEW RESALABLE CONDITION, just as it was delivered. Items should be adequately insured through chosen carrier by customer for full value to insure replacement if item is damaged during return shipping. Customer is responsible for returning item in new, resalable condition. Item must be returned with all original packaging in proper place as well as with all accessories. CARDBOARD CANNOT DIRECTLY TOUCH THE FACE OF ANY WHEEL OR IT WILL DAMAGE THE PRODUCT. Customer should take all necessary steps to insure items are properly secured and packaged to avoid damage during return trip. Any accessories should be packaged and secured inside return box (lug nuts, center caps, etc). We will not accept items for return that have been used, mounted on a vehicle, or improperly repackaged. In the event a damaged item is sent back to Car Wheel Replacements. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED and the customer will be responsible for cost associated with shipping the damaged item back to them.
2. The item has not had a tire mounted on it, has not been mounted onto a vehicle or used in any other way. IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN MOUNTED, IT IS NOT RETURNABLE! As noted in our policy, and on every box, the customer should “have a certified installer TEST FIT one wheel on front and rear of vehicle, ROTATE 360 degrees and check for proper clearances BEFORE mounting tires. Wheel is not returnable once tire has been mounted”
3. Item must be returned to Car Wheel Replacements within 7 days of customer receipt or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Customer is responsible for all applicable fees including but not limited to shipping, insurance and restock. No refunds or credit after 14 days.
Warranty
Our lifetime structural warranty covers all wheels with factory imperfections only. Any damages, bends or cracks due to hitting a pothole, curb or any other method is not covered. All finish warranty is valid within 1 year from the date of purchase and is only valid within normal use in fair weather conditions. Finish warranty is not valid on any wheel that are used in a salt and snow environment. Caps or Emblems do NOT have ANY Warranty and are AS IS.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal payments. Wire transfers are accepted for wholesale orders or international customers. Sorry, no CODs.

You can view your order anytime by logging into your account using the “MY ACCOUNT” or “LOGIN” links at the top right hand part of your screen.
Updating Account Information
You may update your account information anytime by logging into your account. Once logged in, you will be taken to your account dashboard and from there, you can edit your contact information, addresses or subscription preferences.
